Day 4 (August 24, 2006) - Erie, PA | |||
|
We spent the night in Erie, PA. It poured and rained all night and morning. We had to skip the stunning views of Presque Isle State Park, apparently just as beautiful as Cape Cod. We will trust our guide but we reserve the right to come back and see it for ourselves. We are heading out to Cleveland, OH to see the Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. We spent 4 hours in the museum, walked along the Erie Lake shore and quickly realized that Cleveland hasn't got much else to offer to demanding tourists like us, so we headed out to Sandusky, OH to spend the night. Our faithful campground directory suggests the "Crystal Rock Campground", so here we come... |
